As you know, being in shape will help you not only feel great, but also help you perform better in everything you do, including your golf game. This fun and exciting clinic will provide you insights into helpful exercises you can do to improve your golf game and feel better about yourself. The first half-hour will consist of networking, snacks, and beverages followed by a 1.5 hour session in golf fitness. Wear your workout clothes as this is a gym and we will be getting physical!
